Shorter Formation Take Off Time

This was discovered in ROF recently by Kartaugh.  Works in FC and BOX.  I'm using 7.  Tried 5, but a trial with Normal AI and La-5 resulted in #4 running into the back of #3 because #3 was having a hard time overcoming the torque on the La-5.  In FC it works great using 5 and formation take-offs look great.  Also, form-ups are quicker since they take off closer together.
