can't purchase Stug

For some reason it doesn't let me buy the Stug. Used three different CC cards and keeps telling me "Payment failed"

Contact your bank. They may have blocked your card because they suspect fraudulent use.

 

It seems to me that it had done it to me once, saying that I had entered a wrong code 3 times (I doubt it very much) anyway, I called my bank and after a small check, I was able to place an order.
