Track recording freezes while taking a video (bandicam)

I am using Bandicam to capture videos from recorded tracks. I open up the track I want to view, unpause and press F12 (the default recording button for bandicam) and 5 to 6 seconds later the track video freezes. The game and sound and everything is still going on but the video freezes. Is there an explanation for this or am I getting frustrated over something fixable?
