SPITMKVB Posted November 26, 2022 Posted November 26, 2022 Hiya Three days ago I have accidentally purchased Battle of Bodenplatte on my second account, which doesn't have anything on it (I thought I was buying it on the first one, with Battle of Stalingrad). I have written a Customer Support ticket at Wednesday about the possibility of account merging or a refund. Now it is Saturday, and I haven't got a response yet. Is there a refund system on their website that I have missed? Can I do something to resolve the problem myself? And how long does it usually take for Il2 Customer Support to resolve such issues?
