Pilot names in coop

We have a group of people flying coop. The missions I render normally only specify last name but as it happens we now have father and son with the same last name which makes it difficult for them to pick the right plane as they are pre-skinned.

 

Is there a way to use "firstname lastname" as pilot name not affecting the group name?

Underscore between first and last names?

Thanks. I actually ended up using the first letter of the first name like this F.Lastname
