Remove white circle when moving the tank gun

Is there any way to remove the white circle when moving the tank gun?
I control with the mouse.

I don't see it when using the HOTAS rather than the mouse.

I use my HOTAS and I also don't see it.  What about Tank Aim Amplifier under Mouse controls.  Does that have any effect?

 

Edit:  Set my turret control to mouse and Tank Aim Amplifier to zero.  The white circle still appears but it barely moves and stays off to the right out of the sight view.
