Anyone with VR respond to the Reddit's post?

Now before I begin let me say I'm not looking to bludgeon a horse to death with this post, I know how some people get all squirrely when VR is mentioned here. I'm not demanding anything and I don't care to be lambasted for the mentioning of some timetable, read the link before you answer this post. Regarding the link, there's a link to this forum within the Reddit post, but I have perused the thread it links to here in this forum and can't find anything relating to what the OP at Reddit is talking about. I may be missing something, I've done that before. If you follow the link I provide then you'll have a good understanding of my question. Reading comprehension is important here. 

 

I've followed the instructions in this Reddit post and nothing has transpired as was described would happen in this Reddit post. Just want to know if this was legit information, if not I'll go away and return to the waiting room. TIA.

As far as I’m aware the info is correct - I contacted Buzzsaw last month regarding joining the VR Beta and they asked me to DM them again 19th November; lots of business things going on in the background is keeping them very busy.

 

I believe there are around 100 players waiting to join the 250-ish Beta testers so it’s probably just a case of wait & see ?

This is also my case. I sent an email on November 19 but have not received a reply yet. I guess Buzzsaw will be very busy and I don't want to rush him with this issue, I prefer him to focus on what is really important.

Well, I bought Tobruk in anticipation of this “promise” and because I fly VR only. 
 

I like to support TF where I can but this is not very chique.

I've PMd Buzzsaw too but haven't had a reply yet. I am trying to be patient but the recent VR videos look fantastic. Hopefully we'll get a chance to help support the development soon.

Not part of the VR crowd myself, but I heard that Buzz did not answer requests to join the Beta for some time.

They all have been insanely busy during the last weeks and the desater with ATAG's forum software will not help to make things more relaxed.

There was an invite for expression of interest in November when Buzzsaw asked for volunteers to PM after the 19th Nov. I guess things are very busy and that there are plenty of people interested.

Considering the ATAG Forum (site is still up) has been MIA for the last couple weeks i'm not sure how anyone is contacting Buzzsaw?
