Modding promotions and awards. Is it possible?

Hi. I'd like to ask if it's possible to mod the promotions and awards? Does anyone know which files do I need to unpack to edit it?

 

I'd like to change the requirments for promotions so it will be more realistic. It's little odd to be promoted from feldwebel to hauptmann in less than a one year... 

 

Also, I've noticed AI pilots hardly get awards higher than EK1 even having 50+ kills. This ruins the immersion a bit for me. For example, with 40+ kills I allways already have Honour cup and German cross in gold. 

Does someone know if it's possible to mod it?

AI pilots are subject to the same award requirements as the player.

 

The promotion rate is hard-coded and cannot be changed.
