Clean skins 15skins files - Has anyone please have them?

Hi. Has anyone clean skins and 15skins files? I'm trying to do a generic skin for 13. (Slow.)/JG52 to use with decals, but I was unable to ungtp the scg.gtp file. During unpacking od the file via UnGtp it gives me 'unknow format' error right after unpacking the weather.cfg. So I'm trying to find the stock version of skins files this way. Can anyone upload them here for me please?

 

Anyway, does anyone know why is the ungtp unable to unpack whole sgc file? I'd be glad if I can solve this too for further modding.

Anyway, do you know why I'm not able to get this files via unGtp?
