Jodet Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 I have FC1 and will probably pop for FC2 soon. I understand ROF has something I think belongs in every single sim.... training missions. Would it be worthwhile for a FC player to load up ROF just for the training? Any comments welcome.
RNAS10_Mitchell Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 Worthwhile is pretty subjective and personal opinion, and not sure I can properly answer that. But ROF is a good buy even if just for offline play. Not really familiar with the training options. Have you tried youtube? Wagaz, Requiem, and others have posted many nice instructional videos. Maybe start there. Much of what others have posted for ROF will be applicable for FC as most if not all of the keyboard stuff is the same.
Yours_truly_Ace Posted March 25, 2023 Posted March 25, 2023 (edited) if you have zero clue about ww1 planes and dogfighting, the training missions can be useful. The best way to be really good is to fly multiplayer and see how the good guys are playing and what they do. Every plane has pros and cons and needs to be flown differently. After a while you develop your own tactics and playstyle. Edited March 25, 2023 by Yours_truly_Ace

ROF is free! ? What can you lose if you just try it? (11.9 gb). They're listed under Training Campagne, but I've never used them. .. Edited March 25, 2023 by Gingerwelsh
