Sokol1 Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 (edited) In this document: Part B: Ingame Options III Controls 1 Keys 1.1 Category “Camera 1.1.2 Hold to Offset Camera A key to hold while moving the mouse simultaneously. “Offset” is the best word, actual behaviour depends on the situation / part of the game you are in: · In cockpit: nothing · Outside: moves the camera’s position (relative to the aircraft) up/down (limited) · Full Mission Builder's 3D-mode: Move the anchor Contrary to what is stated above, this key is very important "In cockpit", because is what allow "lean left and right" but need to be pressed simultaneous* with Mouse Middle Button - Turn off momentarily the "Independent mode" - and so can move the camera; what allow to peek - more or less, depends on plane; in that "broken" British P-8 compass. Or look at side of plane nose during landings, like in the picture bellow. * If press F10 and leave the "Independent Mode" (the clickable cockpit mode) this simultaneous key press is not need, just press and hold the key - by default Mouse Right Button; for "Hold to Offset camera" and move mouse for lean left and right. Probable trying to use only "Hold to Offset Camera" in "Independent Mode" was what lead the author of the Notes to this wrong conclusion (In cockpit: nothing). Edited November 9, 2022 by Sokol1
