AQMG??

Found the StormBirds review of Il-2 Battle of Normandy, and one part caught my eye, the AQMB, and I copy what they said.

 

The still-new feature here is the Advanced Quick Mission Builder (AQMB) which lets you click on a zone on the map, select an aircraft and a mission type and the sim will then generate a random mission with those parameters. Feel like taking a Mosquito on a quick anti-ship mission? Done. Fly a Mustang to intercept some V-1s over the channel. You got it. Me410 raid on an English airbase? You can fly it. I think this is the best new way to experience Great Battles and other sims should take note!

 

But it does not appear on my Bodenplatte + Stalingrad install. Is a Normandy only feature or I'm missing something?

It is found in the quick mission menu; look carefully and you'll observe that there are faded airfield icons available to select - these will generate the AQMB missions.

Go the QMB. Pick an airbase with an Allied or Axis symbol on it, and then select a mission. It's available on most maps except for the Arras sector map for Flying Circus and maybe Veliki Luki (I haven't checked in a bit).

Got it! Is a cool feature, have been waiting for it, is now time to get more expansions, maybe If they make an offer for Christmas.
