Charon Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 I've been amusing myself the last couple of days by letting the AI fly the plane and riding along as a gunner (in VR), and having more fun than I expected. However, elements of it are rough around the edges. I see there are a bunch of head or turret movement keybindings, and also a bunch of camera settings, and I'm wondering if I have anything misconfigured. Is there a way to decouple turret rotation from the movement of the flexible gun? I tried turret_dc in the cfg file, but that only seems to affect tanks. Is there a way to completely eliminate the white cursor, or to prevent it from outrunning the gun? Is there a way to make movement speed independent of zoom? Is there a way to keep head position absolutely locked to the gun when nestled to it? In some positions (especially the He 111 ventral gun) it's very easy to bump into something and have the gun's position jump abruptly.
