Is it possible to move the cursor off of the game window?

I've tried setting Fullcreen on and off, and the only way I can move my cursor from the game is to Alt-Tab.  

Is there some setting that will allow me to just move my cursor off of the game?

IIRC you have to change a setting in the startup.cfg file. Look for the section [Key = input] and change the exclusive setting to 0.
