I think, the devs are proud of the work they do and they love to share information about the development of the game, no matter, who is in charge.

The development cycle is quite long and they want to keep customers interested in the product. Plus, it is a nice way to get feedback from the community as well. So, there will be updates in one form or another.

I have the feeling that there won't be weekly DD's anymore... why else has there been a new announcement that ICGS artwork and videos are now to have their own official thread?... they were usually shown in the DD thread anyway.

It doesn't matter to me what comes next or after that... if it doesn't interest me I won't be buying it. That doesn't mean I'll leave the GB series though.
