Audio options for Pico4

For all Pico4 owners I just want to summarize and explore all the options (with pros/cons) you can have for the Pico4 for IL-2 (either using VD wireless and also connected via USB).

Feel free to suggest options and specific models.

Sennheiser PXC-550 II 

Active Noise Cancellation, fits over the Pico, allows to stay connected to the mobile phone to take calls, use Google Assistant/Alexa via press of button, EQ function (improve bass for that V12 rumble), contains media player control (touchpad on right ear).

My Mobo (B550 Aorus Pro) has not bluetooth,  I will need an adpater for it.

 

Do you use adpater or your Mobo support BT ?

 

I understand that doing that the audio stream has not to go through the Wifi to the Pico, so some bandwidth is saved, right?

 

Any issue with delays or audio latency?

this is a good solution for BT audio stream, it supports low latency codecs and has nice range 

 

p.s. using it for pico4 with Sennheiser Momentum 3

That's a good combo.  Just a word of warning, if anyone wants to get Sennheiser Momentum 4 - they don't have aptX low latency codec, instead they have aptx adaptive, which doesn't come with a low latency option.

 

So you can't use the 4 for gaming.
