Free the Collector planes for everyone

Suggest the requirement that you own the package set in order to purchase the collector planes be dropped. (For online play and other maps in qmb)

Collector planes are already sold separately from their packs. If you buy the deluxe version, you can get a module and its collector planes; but you can also purchase them without their module if you want.
