Changing Speed on Waypoint translater Icons

As above, im sure this is something dumb, obvious and simple, but i cant see it. Actual Waypoints are at 260kmph, but the icons display 300kmph. I cant figure out how to change them.

Altitude set correctly, its just flying speed.

By default, the speed shown is a typical speed for the plane or vehicle. If you want to specify another speed, type the following in the icon translator Description box: 
<routespeed>speed</routespeed>
where speed is the speed you want to show. For example:
<routespeed>260</routespeed>
The speed alone will pop up if you mouse over the icon in-game.

for my interest, is there a list of the <> </> style commands anywhere? i dont recall it in the manual.

That's the only one I know about. I learned about it after I wrote the manual.
