Virpil M50 button is stuck ON

 M50 joystick, the upper trigger button is stuck ON, hardware moves freely , but in the software and in game it is stuck like if it is pressed all the time.
Is there a way to fix this?
I updated the firmware and it did not helped.

1: Use VPC Joystick Tester to confirm button shows on when not pressed, rather than VPC Configuration Tool. If it does not show pressed in VPC Joystick Tester you should be good to go. VPC Joystick Tester is where it counts to see if a button actually works.

 

2: If not the above, try reseating the grip - remove it, reseat it carefully and re-tighter up.

 

3: If not the above, try resetting the profile. ( If you have not first  export the profile to file so you have it if needed) Click the green save VPC Device in upper [art pf VPC Config Window.  

 

4: If none of the above work, open a support ticket with Virpil - they are typically prompt to responding to support tickets.
