Set POV on axis

Hi guy's i would like set the POV on an axis (Mini stick), it's seem to be impossible in control binding, any solution ?

Thanks a lot, this is really helpful.
But this features should be implement to the game, i hate use 3rd party soft, especially for something that basic.

At my point of a view, a rework of the control wizard can be a nice, user friendly update.
