Can anyone help me configure IL2 1946 to run the game at 3840 x 2160?

I know how to set my screen only to 2574 x 1431!!!!

Do you have a solution?

You may try this in your conf.ini file:

[window]
width=3840
height=2160

[spidersky]

I already tried but it doesn't work.
