BB5000 Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 Would that be possible , similar to DCS Liberation 6.0 ? The mission can be fast-forwarded in DCS-L until first contact or when ”Take off” is selected , then you switch to the sim and load the mission and jump into action.
Hotaru_Ito Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 Not exactly, but you can turn on AI autopilot and use normal timewarp. If you set PWCG to air start, I find the action on patrols and intercepts usually starts pretty quick, much more so than vanilla career. You can zip through a dozen missions in an hour if you air start, timewarp, and end mission as soon as the action's over. Try setting ground objects to "low" to improve timewarp performance. Hope this helps!
PatrickAWlson Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 Another option for faster contact is air start. That will take you to the ingress WP which is generally fairly close to the contact point. PWCG can't really do warp to action because it doesn't know where action will be. The AI flights are moving behind the scenes and not waiting at a spawn point.

Yes, thanks for the advice, maybe DCS Liberation handles flights different in that sense that it seems to be able to calculate when contact is possible and modifies the DCS mission up to that point.
