Voice Attack commands for radio/flight commands?

Thinking about setting up a Voice Attack profile to cover all the scripts squadron and radio commands, and wondering if anyone has a list of what I might need to bind? 

 

Basically I'm running full VR right now and, while I've got enough buttons for all the airplane stuff, I don't have the stuff for handling radio commands. Thinking binding them as voice commands instead would help?

Just remember what you say for each command. It works well and you can say different commands to take the same action
