1. Fiat G-55: My favorite fighter air frame along with the Spitfire.

 

2. Spitfire Mk. VIII: Design wise my favorite type of the Spitfire family.

 

3. Bf-109 G-10: Yeah, I know, "just another 109". But this is my favorite type of the G-series.

 

4. FW-190 A9: Pretty much the same reasoning as with the G-10.

 

5. IL-4: Not a plane I would fly, but the bomber guys here would definitely deserve this one. Plus it would close the VVS gap in the mid-sized bomber department.

 

Honerable mentions:

 

- I.A.R. 80/81: Glad that this one will be coming soon.

 

- Brewster Buffalo: I have a soft spot for this one.

I guess I'd really go for a Battle of Britain plane set as well so we can use the Normandy map to replace Cliffs of Dover so I can play it in VR.  Just need an early mark Spitfire then as well as maybe a Beaufighter.  The 109 E model, Heinkel 111, and the Hurricane are probably fine for this.

VR is coming to CloD but I see your point.

 

I think there is something to just releasing an "aircraft pack". I know 1C don't want team fusion cannibalising their IP but I wonder if this works both ways?
