unable to purchase battle of stalingrad. why?

can anyone help shed some light here? im confused. i dont see battle of stalingrad in my account or in the game. i have all other great battles. isnt battle of stalingrad the base great battle when you buy the game? anyway, i saw it for $11.99 and tried to buy it but i can only buy it as a gift. i dont understand. 

 

i dont have the steam version. its been completely removed from my steam account. please if anyone can shed some light. thank you 

update: my confusion was that i was trying to purchase the premium edition when i already had the planes that were included in that edition. the standard i was able to buy. please disregard this thread. thanks
