Flight Lead taxis off at mission start

I've been encountering this problem on two seperate occasions now. When beginning a mission on the runway, shortly before being cleared for takeoff my flight lead is "taxiing to the runway" although he already is at the runway. After that he goes around the runway to the back of the flight and probably tries to take off but crashes into our planes. Ive attached a copy of the .Mission file.
