Tactical Codes - Simple?? Solution

I'm no programmer but it seems one way to deal with the contentious tactical code issue would be to make "Disable Tactical Code" an option in game Settings similar to "Enable Mods"'

Forgive me my ignorance, but what is this contentious issue you speak of? I thought you could just select an empty tactical code if you don't want any?

Yes you can select empty code positions for your aircraft but  system still applies codes on other aircraft in flight. Even applies them over complete custom skins.

I thought that was some sort of bug I cant get the double chevron to not apply on the 109. It comes back right after I remove it
