IckyATLAS Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 As you know one of the most worldwide renown, an iconic architectural item that should be on the Normandy map is Mount St. Michel. The map has the peninsula, but it is void of any object. The idea here is to find ways to fill in this terrible void with an object that will mimic the best possible Mt. Saint Michel. This is a competition for the Mission Editor users and Modders and the fundamental reason to participate is to have fun.? Modders category: For the modders the idea is to insert in the map as a mode a 3D rendition of the real Mt. Saint Michel. Please then publish your mod in this thread and a picture of it and if there are multiple proposals (minimum three entries), we will then make a poll to the public to choose the winner of this category. Sim version 5.002. ME users category: You must use only the existing objects that come with the stock edition of the Mission Editor version 5.002. I have attached here my own construction of how to simulate Mt. Saint Michel (half an hour job), and I welcome all of you to try to get a better architecture and more similar to the real thing. I am sure one can do better. Once you are happy with your solution please post in this thread your picture and the group file. If we have multiple entries (minimum three), then as mentioned already above we will make a poll to the public and vote the winner in this category. My proposal below is outside competition, and I will not participate. It is attached here just for you to be inspired. You can see the pictures The prize for each category is our infinite gratitude for you to have participated into this challenge and shared your work with all of us. But to make the things a little more spicy, I will offer to the winner of each category if there are enough entries, a gift made of one collector plane, one collector vehicle and one campaign (total three items) taken from the IL2 Store. Here my proposal: Mt Saint Michel Group Files.zip 6 2
