BOM Carrer mode issue.

I am unable to enter career mode in BOM.  When I click Career, that little circle thingy just keeps on spinning.  I let it do that for about 10 minutes, and still a no go.  I'm running a 3090 with driver version 512.77. CPU is the 11700K and I have 32 gigs of ram.  Everything is water cooled, so I'm sure I have enough to run BOM.  Anyone?  All help appreciated...take care..

By the way, I'm on Win. 10.
