percydanvers Posted October 11, 2022 Posted October 11, 2022 I'm not sure how easy any of these would actually be to do, and I understand the devs are very busy, but these are a few things that I think would massively improve the game without being as much effort as a new aircraft or map. -A button to "remember convergence for this aircraft." I always set my convergence to 250m for spitfires, mustangs, thunderbolts, tempests and typhoons, and 400m for anything with centerline armaments. I'm not sure if it's best thing to do but it's what I'm used to, and every time I forget to change my convergence when switching between these categories I can't hit anything and it ruins a mission for me. -Career squadrons should start with 0 kills and 0 targets destroyed. I'm ambivalent about this one maybe, because it is kind of cool to feel like you're joining a unit that has a history, but sometimes you want to see what your squadron did only with you in it, to give a real sense of the actual history you have with it. Currently you can do this by transferring to a different squadron in career, and I did this with a unit I followed from Moscow to the Kuban and it's really cool! Now I always start my careers by picking a different squadron and then transferring to the one I actually want so I start with a clean slate. -A button to "apply loadout to flight" when planning a mission as squadron leader in career. Say I'm in a Typhoon career and we're attacking a vehicle convoy in an area where we expect to encounter a lot of fighters. I'd like to just tell the whole flight to take bombs so we can make our attack and escape instead of carrying the rocket racks without having to go through the whole flight's loadout options. 1
kestrel79 Posted October 11, 2022 Posted October 11, 2022 I like the last one. Let's wait to see what the new update brings hopefully this week! 1
