Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas 4

So I have had the game and my flight stick for a while now, just never really played the game, today I decided to give it a try after watching some of Growling Sidewinders videos on them peaked my interest again. I am having the issue of getting my T-flight Hotas 4 key bind correctly as in having my roll, Roll left with the stick and not right and the inverted selection not working on the settings key binding is, did the same thing for the Throttle and yaw unfortunately i have a Thrustmaster racing wheel and tried to use the gas and break peddles for the yaw, the game is not picking it up so i had to divert back to the Flight stick for the yaw, but the key binding is a pain in the rear as i try to do it right the inverted does not co-operate with me at all to the point i'm getting flustered and annoyed to get off and take a break. if anyone has any pictures or any guide i can follow to get it all to work fluently as a beginner into flight simulators correction Combat Flight Simulators, that would be greatly appreciative.

Sorry man, I didn't understand what the issue was (hard to follow with no punctuation either.) Is it that you can't invert some of the control axes?
