hi

the 190 used to have elevator trim, has this been removed or have I set up my key bindings wrong

any ideas???

Fw-190 has a electrical (or could be hydraulic) adjustable stabilizer controlled by buttons.  Engine has to be running to operate them.  An axis key assignment won't work, assign the individual stabilizer up and down buttons. Still working on my setup.

I found by resetting to default I got them operational and then reselected buttons, but it was a strange one

because the 109 stabilizers worked

anyway, all ok ATM

109 Had rotating trim wheel irl, 190 was buttons, that's how it's modelled in game.

Have a nice day.

Pe-2 is another one that uses buttons for pitch trimming.

Pitch trim, not horizontal stabilizer trim. They are two separate inputs in the commands menu.

Yeah, I'm aware of that.  I have both functions assigned to the same keys.  My comment was to let others know that there is another aircraft using buttons instead of an axis.
