Short Manuals missing in the ressources website?

Hi all... I think the new "Short Manuals.pdf" are not in the TFS ressources website ( www.team-fusion-simulations.de ). Did I miss something? Did I look where I should?

 

I need to fix my computer before I update the game and get these manuals in the game's folder, this is why I'm asking if whether or not I'll find these new manuals in t-f-s.de.
