This means your video card was disconnected for a moment.

Usually a couple of things you can try with this:

 

- Remove and then install the latest video drivers.

- Do your windows updates and make sure everything is up to date.

- Check the GPU itself. Unplug and reseat it if necessary.

- Make sure that your system has sufficient power and that none of the cooling fans are blocked by dust.

It's also a very common error that can occur from an unstable overclock.
