Searching for a casual "but searching to improve" squadron

Hi guys, I'm pretty new to IL2 BOS. I've known the license since the first IL2 but never had the chance to try it. Recently I bought a quite decent PC, the tobii eye tracker and the T16000M HOTAS to fully commit into IL2. I know a bit about aeronautics since I took lessons for a year (about basic theory) and I'm really fond of WW2 warplanes. I'm searching for ways to improve with teammates since I watched a lot of tutorial videos but when I come to play alone I feel ... lonely lol and quite caped in my progession. I live in France and since my gf asks me a lot of attention I can't play when I want. I'll mainly play around 6:00pm but it's quite random. If a "casual but wanting to improve" squadrom exists let me know !

We fly often and welcome any level of experience. Unlike other squadrons we do not use a rigid 'must' accomplish or K/D ratios. We fly together for the fun, challenge, camaraderie, and team work.

We have US, East and West Coast, Aussies (We are an Island so Im going to say almost all coasts) and Euro players operating in all TZ's (There a little short of coast lines)
