FPS and GPU utilization

32 GB 3200mhz

Radeon 5700XT

AMD 5800X 

 

Play in 1440p

 

Since the steam issue my game has been very bizarre with my frame rates, prior to this things worked very well.

 

I'm trying a fresh install also. 

 

Looking into cities and airfields I have 100GPU utilization and frame rate. 

 

As soon as I start looking at trees or the grass my GPU utilization drops and my FPS cuts by nearly 75%.

Ok, so did a full reinstall and completely reset all my AMD settings 

 

Game looks much better and FPS is where it was. 

 

Turned off multisampling, turned surface optimization back on, put tesselation back on AMD optimized. 

 

Texture filtering on high. 

 

So far so good
