Moving career to a new PC?

I made a fresh install on new PC and just wanted to restart my old campaigns. I have assumed the careers will be tied to my online account, like in RoF, but they are not there. Do I need to copy some local files to import career mode progress?

Yep, copy... <install dir>\data\Career over.

As R3 said, you need the Career file, but also:

<install dir>\data\swf\il2\usersave

Moving those two folders over in conjunction will allow you to continue your careers.
