Error 403 Forbidden

I wonder if anyone can help me I am trying to get in to the tacticalairwar.com server to register and keep getting  Error 403 You don't have permission to access this resource.

 

Anyone have a fix for me.

I am in South Africa, would this cause me to be blocked from the server?

A better solution to notice your problem is to join the TAW discord and write in the bug report tab. I'm sure someone will notice. Good luck.
