I do not possess the Mosquito in the game... but I think your issue must be easy to resolve: like most British aircraft in the 1940s, the Mosquito was equipped with pneumatic wheel brakes. The pilot simply needed to press one level and/or button (no idea how this command was set in a Mosquito, if a button or a lever) and then steer the aircraft with his rudder pedals: left pedal activates the left wheel brake, right pedal activates the right wheel brake. The more you stress the brake command, the more you inhence the braking  that is applied to the wheel. No use at all of the rudder pedals will brake both wheels.

So, in my opinion, you simply need to explore your commands mapping in the game and map the appropriate command.

Yeah, deffo. Apply the brake and then use the rudder. Same as the Spit etc...

That's how all British planes work btw: hurricane, mosquito, spitfire, tempest, typhoon.

The single brake level and rudder approach also seems to work on German aircraft, which is useful when you are taxiing in a slouched, can’t-be-arsed way.
