Flight unable to take-off from Deanland in Spitfire MkIX career

Sorry, I don't have a track or know how to get one!

 

I started a BON career in the Spitfire mkIX based at Deanland (Between Brighton and Eastbourne).

 

First mission flight leader taxies from runway round to back of flight.

I was number 2 so took off and fortuunately everyone else followed including the flight leader!

 

Second mission. Leader does the same but this time I am number 3. " does not more so again I took off.

Again the flight now follow, however, simply circuit the field as the leader did not take off from the back!
