365th FS in WWII book

Does anyone on the forum have a copy of Kent Miller's 365th Fighter Squadron in WWII? I'm looking for photos of P-47s from this squadron around the time of D-Day for my Career mode markings project, but ain't in the position to grab a copy just for this.

Anyone know when the fighters of the 358FG transitioned from the fairly generic markings to their gaudier respective unit colors?

The book doesn't help much in this respect. There's only a couple of pictures showing an entire aircraft (some of them very grainy), which unfortunately also aren't dated for the most part. Also, there are no color profiles.
