Tiger 131 (+Fury Tiger)

Hello fellow tankers. Today I bring you a new Tiger skin, plus a bonus. 

 

I plan to create a mission intended for multicrewing, involving Sherman tanks fighting against a lone Tiger. Just like how it was depicted in the movie "Fury".

You see, originally all the Shermans in the movie were supposed to be short barrel 75mm variants. This explains immediately some of the often discussed ridiculousness of the infamous Tiger battle scene, such as the long barreled 76mm shots bouncing off the Tiger when they should have gone through. But since there weren't enough operable 75mm Shermans available to the film crew, they had to choose the long ones, but didn't change the movie script in accordance with that. 

In preparation of this mission, I wanted to make the Fury skin. I will create that mission as soon as we have smoke rounds, since those are very important in the scene and in order to give the Sherman team a chance to do anything to cover themselves from the Tiger, since there is no cover across the open field. 

 

Anyways, since the Fury Tiger is nothing but the famous Tiger 131, the only operable Tiger 1 left in the world, I decided to create this skin too, as I had to prepare it anyways. So there you go, two skins for the price of none for you!

Fury Tiger has been created accurately according to movie and film set footage.
