I need help with battle of Normandy!!!

i have a few questions

firstly, how much RAM do you need to run all il-2 battles etc, i do not know if i have enough since il-2 battle of normandy just dosent load ?

(all the others do and normandy is my most recent purchace. just none of the cliffs seem to load even in mission editor)

 

do i need a new laptop?

and if so a few suggestions which will be able to allow all games of il-2 sturmovic to work

16 gigs I was having a few minor issues.

 

32gb and rarely have issues.

 

 

However your issue is the game doesn't support integrated graphics cards 

 

Does your computer have another video card not listed?

 

(1050ti etc)

the laptop i have is very old and, try not to laugh, i cannot open anything along the tool bar (windows the search etc.) apart from pinned apps such as google i defiantly need to get a new laptop at this point and after somehow managing to calibrate my joystick (please don't ask how?) and solving other small issues, i am also not very technical, i will need a new laptop can anybody make any suggestions(btw only reason i managed to get up the RAM was because i downloaded some app online?)

I've run into issues with Bodenplatte and now Normandy on long missions with 16GB.  I increased the cache file on one of my SSDs to help buffer the problem, and so far so good.

the random thing is though is that it is not only long missions it is any mission Bodenplatte works fine its just that none of the cliffs are loading for some random reason

the laptop I've got anyway is very old and we need to get a new one has anybody got any suggestions?
