VBF-12_Stick-95 Posted September 20, 2022 Posted September 20, 2022 (edited) I've tried to ID these latch handles (in red boxes) on the right rear fuselage without success. Anyone know where to locate these on the template? Thanks, Stick Edited September 20, 2022 by VBF-12_Stick-95
BOO Posted September 20, 2022 Posted September 20, 2022 Unless someone already has it and has located them, one thing you could try is making a layer with a verical red stripe or a rectangle and keep reddrawing the shape until you get a hit the items and you can refine it. - Its time consuming I'll admnit but thats how I used to to it. Looking at the item colours using the locator you could narrow down the the areass accoring to the colours i guess.

Raptorattacker Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 I use this and pretty much the method that BOO offers above. It just relies on sight and not all dem numbers!!https://mega.nz/file/Q7ATEYQa#mQpKEdGqis2ZnBJeceRSpjcNnIi4Z9Y1zBQF6mY2B5Q Make sure you convert it to a Smart Object and then it won't deteriorate! 1

Once I find which quarter the part is in, I downsize the quartered layer again to fit that quarter. I continue to downsize the 4 quarters until I stumble onto the part itself. Rinse and repeat. It works quicker than it sounds. Your mileage may vary. Edit..... I just looked at Raptors link..... looks like we use the same method. Great minds and all that. ? Edited September 21, 2022 by Rjel 1
