Swapping games!

I have the main game from Steam and some planes. I have another new game on a 2nd comp from 1C. Can I link the new 1C game to the planes and maps I bought through Steam or do I re purchase everything. I would like to eliminate playing through Steam as the end result. Thanks.

You can link your Steam account to your web store account and everything will be merged in your Steam game. You can't do the opposite, use your Steam purchases outside of Steam.

I had a feeling that was the answer - Many thanks.

I'm hoping the developers might be willing to work on a temporary bridge, that would allow your Steam purchases to be linked to your 1C account outside of the game, so that this is possible.

There will be many players with hundreds of dollars invested, who have lost that investment if we cannot find a way to merge them.  I'd love to continue to play this game, but I cannot afford to buy everything all over again.  Especially when I cannot justify buying it twice in any good rationale.

Agreed. I installed the launcher tonight for the first time so to get my Great Battles fix while Steam is down. I went sightseeing on the Normandy map with the Yak-9T, Mc.202 and Spitfire Mk.Vb.

In hindsight I'm very glad that I bought almost all of my content from the web store instead of Steam.

Just to be clear, it *is* possible to play everything together from both the 1C store and Steam. There is no need to buy anything again. Just link your accounts and your 1C purchases will show up in Steam.

As for the reverse, i.e. Steam purchases showing up in the 1C-bought game, there's nothing the Devs can do there. Steam doesn't allow it, apparently for privacy regulations. So don't ask the Devs, ask Steam and/or lawmakers ;)
