I'd assume that the "Without wing racks" means the rest of the rests were done with racks.

This test hasn't been converted to standard pressure so the speeds are dependant on the temperature and pressure of the day

 

The rest I'd say are close enough. The model has to factor in lift, drag, prop efficiency and be correct at all altitude so a a given % of inaccuracy will always be there.
