Air_Combat_Group Posted September 14, 2022 Posted September 14, 2022 (edited) In 1941, the RAF began an offensive push which would not truly cease until the end of the war. Above the Channel, brown Spitfire Is and Hurricanes gave way to grey Spitfire Vs, IXs and Typhoons over the next few years as the lessons of attacking were learnt. Against the growing strength of Fighter Command, the Germans fielded a comparatively small force, with most of their fighters in the East. But they were soon re-equipping with the new Bf-109F, and rumours of an even more powerful machine swirl. The Air Combat Group will follow this historical trail, starting in the Summer of 1941. ACG invites you join, the campaign, post up you interest on our forum at: https://www.aircombatgroup.co.uk/forum/viewforum.php?f=3 Or simply hop on our Teamspeak at 1800 UK time on a Sunday evening, IP: nyj-ts3.fragnet.net:9987 Edited September 15, 2022 by Air_Combat_Group 2
