Career missions into ME

Is there any way that you can get a career mission into the ME?  I’ve seen one I’d like to adapt into a dogfight version.

After you complete a mission you like, open the ME, go to the file Data/Missions and open the _gen.Mission file. Change the parameters to what you want and resave it.

But don't forget that the _gen.mission file is overwritten each time you generate a mission (whether that's career, QMB or AQMB) so you should do this right after playing the mission and before generating the next.
