Mini Map FPS drop. Normandy only.

Flight of 8 across The Channel, fps is 110. Turn on Minimap and it drops to 75.

 

Flying over land at 60 fps and the drop is to 40 fps.

 

The map will cause a stutt when is is turned on.

 

Only in Normandy.

Maybe some kind soul will have a clue. I do not have that issue with the mini map on, a delay sometimes for the plane to update it's position. Mini map does not have any effect on my game FPS.

I have absolutely no impact on FPS when using the minimap.

Thanks people, that's what I was hoping to hear.

 

Turns out my 4k setting was un-ticked.

My map now makes no difference to the fps and I have been able to return my settings to Ultra.
