Mission failed when not failed.

Spent an hour flying cover over the beachhead in IX. Half a dozen or so enemies shot down, and at least one spitfire lost.

I land get both primary and secondary objectives complete. But when  I got back to HQ it gives the mission as failed with it lasting 0 minutes, no kills or losses for the squadron...
